Most of our time has been spent in the kitchen... Whipping up batches of marinades and testing out new flavors. We've pushed the limits and created some not-so-traditional flavors of salmon jerky. Some were a hit, others we retired. The learning process though is what we've been able to take away from this all.
We created four awesome flavors in our kitchen: Honey Dijon, Chipotle Molasses, Roasted Garlic, and a surprise flavor. For now, these first three will carry the Wild Merman name into the world. But soon to follow will be the fourth exciting flavor. More to come...
